About Me

My name is Mara and I’m a sixteen-year-old female person living in Oregon. I go to an all-girls highschool, and I am a nerdfighter, part of Toby Turner/Tobuscus’ Audience, and a member of the DeFranco Nation. I’ll also be a Latin III student next year, which is exciting, intimidating, and crazy! I’ve been on tumblr since August 8^th, 2011. If you were to ask me, I’d say that my orientation is northwest (which is true, I live in Oregon!). I like the color blue, Youtube, and you! I am in love with Sydney Carton, and I wish John Green, Hank Green, Stephen Colbert, and Jon Stewart were my uncles (I mean, wouldn’t that be awesome?) and I think that Frodo is the cutest. I like reading- even big nonfiction history books (to the amazement of my family and peers), writing, singing in choir, photography, traveling, art, and, believe it or not, going to school, because I love to learn. I’m related to Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and Robert E. Lee which I’m really proud of- not to say that I agree with all of their decisions or anything like that- but because I’m such a huge history nerd. :) Some tv shows I like (although I’m catching up on some of them) are Doctor Who, Sherlock, Supernatural, Psych, Chuck, SNL, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Leverage, Lie to Me, and Downton Abbey.
